BOA CASE # 1395 – Mr. Irv Daniel, 3125 E. Washington Ave – Lot 1-AR, Primm Addition – To allow a chain link fence facing the street of a double frontage lot in an I-1 zone.
BOA CASE # 1396 – Mr. Terry Rasco, 512 Main Street – Lot B, P&R Properties Addition – To allow a zero setback on the front property line and a height of 60 ft., which includes the elevator shaft, in the Main Street Overlay District C-6 zone. The variances requested are 30 ft. on the front setback and 6 ft. for the height.
BOA CASE # 1397 – Mr. William Weidower, 2520 Main Street – Lot 4A, Weingarten Sub – to allow a 15 ft. variance to the required 20 ft. rear yard setback in a C-3 zone.
BOA Case # 1398 – Mr. Daniel Workman, 13 Oakview Drive – To appeal a notice of public nuisance for inoperable vehicles issued by Code Enforcement.
