2. Rezone # 1528. To rezone property from R-3 to C-3 to allow a retail strip center. The request is located at 4508 East Broadway.
3. Rezone # 1530. To rezone property from R-3 to C-2 to allow a grocery store. The request is located at 600 W. 22nd Street.
