January 13 Planning Commission Meeting

Subdivision Administrative:
1. NS-2138-08 Cougill Addition, Lot 1 (Preliminary plat review and Site Plan review of outdoor storage of roofing materials at Dewafflebaker and Riverview Corporate Drive)
2. NS-2139-09 Lakewood Addition, Lot J, Block 67 (Preliminary plat review and Site Plan review of Dill Insurance Bldg at 4805 Fairway)
Public Hearing – Tabled Business from Dec 9th meeting:
1. Special Use #661. To allow a transitional home for 8 male parolees in a C-3 zone. The location is at 1721 Maple Street.
Public Hearing – Old Business:
2. Rezone #1468. To rezone property from C-3 to R-1 to allow a house, and to amend the land use plan. The location is at 126 High Drive.
3. Public Hearing #1472. Amendments to the zoning ordinance. This will also be heard at the Feb 10th Planning Commission meeting.
4. Public Hearing #1477. To recommend zoning to an area southeast of the City. This will also be heard at the Feb 10th Planning Commission meeting.
Public Hearing – New Business:
5. Special Use #668. To allow a dance studio in an I-1 zone. The location is at 8608 Riverwood Drive.
6. Special Use #669. To allow a cabinet shop in a C-3 zone. The location is at 1320 E. Washington Ave.
7. Conditional Use #50. To allow truck sales and repair in a C-4 zone. The location is at 3815 East Broadway.
