Magazine sales

This is from Ward 1 Alderwoman Debi Ross.
I was in Sherwood at a friend's house and one came to her door.  Their sales pitch is that they are local students working on their communication skills.  It is a group of magazine salesmen.  They do not have a city permit and are not legal in NLR.  If you see them in the area, you should call the police.
